Adding a single product to your REVIEWS.ai account can easily be done by clicking the “+ADD” button on the PRODUCTS Page.

If you want to add multiple products at once:

1. Use the product export button (on the PRODUCTS Page) to download a .CSV of your existing catalog. If you are adding products for the first time, only the data field headers in row 1 will be visible.

2. Add/edit all product info and retailer URLs to the template.

3. Email your completed bulk product upload/edit file to: [email protected]

The REVIEWS.ai Quality Control team will then review your upload/edit request and notify you as soon as all changes are live on your account. This typically takes up to 48 hours.
