See and search all reviews and Q&As that REVIEWS.ai is tracking for you
View content (reviews and Q&As) details
Manage status of all content (reviews and Q&As)
Manage public replies to Q&As and reviews, where applicable
Clicking a product name will take you to the PRODUCT DASHBOARD for that product.
The table of all content pieces, both reviews and Q&As, can be sorted by date or content type by clicking the respective column header once and clicking a second time to reverse the order.
To find specific reviews, enter any review keyword, such as “quality” or “broken.” Then press Enter or click SEARCH.
Clicking CLEAR resets all search filters and displays all content pieces for all products in your account.
All content can also be filtered by content type, brand, positive or negative reviews, etc.
For reviews, click the expand icon to see text details, keywords, with natural language processing color highlights that indicate positive, negative, or neutral sentiment.
For Q&As, click the expand icon to see the question.
