Note:

There are two types of users within REVIEWS.ai.

The Admin User has full visibility to all products and users within their REVIEWS.ai account. There is only one Admin user per REVIEWS.ai account.

Standard Users are added to a REVIEWS.ai account by the Admin user. Standard users have product adding/editing privileges or be set up with view only access.

The Statistic page gives you a snapshot view of all users’ activity within your REVIEWS.ai account. It is found under the USERS tab in the top navigation for the Admin User.

Let’s look at each report section in order, starting at the top.

Number of Visits

This graph shows the total number of logins (visits) from all users added to your account across time.

In the search bar, you can select a timeframe from the drop-down, then click SEARCH. You can also see login activity by a single user from the user drop-down. After selecting a user, click SEARCH to see that individual user’s login and time spent in the account over the selected timeframe. Click CLEAR to reset the report results, which defaults to the past 7 days, all users.

Below the bar graph, the total logins (visits), average time spent in each login session, and the number of users logged in for each time period is displayed.

This data helps you manage your team by quickly seeing how frequently REVIEWS.ai is being used and by which users.

Support Activity

This next report is also filterable by timeframe and user, using the search bar at the top.

The blue bars show the volume of total negative reviews (and Q&As) received across all of your own products for each day, week or month, depending on how wide of a time frame is selected.

The orange line shows the total number of Q&As answered on the given date.

The green bars show the total number of reviews replied to on the given date.

Below the bar graph, you see many specific totals, showing volume of incoming reviews and Q&As and the respective actions taken by your team members.

User Name

The last report at the bottom is also filterable by timeframe and user, using the search bar at the top.

Here, see a quick list of all users in your account, the number of visible products, logins (visits) and replies (includes both Q&As and reviews) for the selected timeframe.

The Activity page displays a chronological log of all key actions taken within your account by user. It is found under the USERS tab in the top navigation for the Admin User.
